Unfortunately today I said goodbye to Verzenio after 8 months! It is always hard to let it go you med because omg we are scared of new med! Will it work? What are side effects?...

Verzenio actually worked pretty good for me without much side efects but my scan yesterday showed progression, several new lesions on the hip and spine! So new chemo medicine that I rejected 3 years ago is my option! So here we are Xeloda it is😢

Sadly I just filled out proscription for Verzenio and the pharmacy or hospital won’t take it back! It’s very expensive med and I hate to throw it!

would I be in trouble to give it to someone?

So my dear fighters wish me luck with the new drug❤️

Hi sebina

How annoying to have to change meds..this happens and probably will to me at some point

Pharmacies won’t take drugs back..I tried it with some Ibrance..such a waste

Hi Barb, I came off Ibrance for 2 weeks and the once told me to give the left over pills to the oncologist nurse when I attended the clinic. I presumed they would use them......please God not waste them! Fay

I’ve got my fingers crossed that this is the drug that makes your cancer go into hiding. We never know which one will be the one that works best for our specific cancer demon! Elaine

Best to you. Had the same experience with Ibrance. I'm doing well now on an immunotherapy/chemotherapy regimen. Keep your head up! :-) All the best.

Had to start xelota after faslodex and Ibrance stopped working in 3rd month. Just started 3rd cycle, feel much better than I did on faslodex and Ibrance, and my numbers started dropping after more than doubled on previous treatment. Good luck, it’s not bad.
