I am just diagnosed of MBC to lymph node and starting on letrozole and Ibrance. My problem is the pharmacy who is responsible in shipping my Ibrance was trying to delay the ibrance for many days. I have a good health insurance BCBS. Anybody with Bluecross blue shield ppo? How about a co-pay discount insurance plan ??? which the pharmacy was insisting me to get? Any input is well appreciated. God bless us all.

Anywhere to get discount for Ibrance?
Hi good morning 🌸 I have BCBS , I don’t have any problems. I used Walgreens and Pfizer and they are fantastic. They are support me all time
I got help on the Pfizer website. I was so afraid when my BCBS wasn’t approving Ibrance. I was surprised to see copay help and financial assistance for people with insurance so I filled everything out and got approved. Some of these meds are so expensive it doesn’t seem real.
I get my Ibrance from a mail pharmacy. “Acredo” and they give me the medication for 10 a month. Your oncologist office should be able to help you get it Don’t give up. It’s a wonderful Med and with BCBS you shouldn’t have a problem.
I’m also on Blue Cross Blue Shield, but my Ibrance being covered in full by Pfizer. Call them to get application for Patient Financial Assistance. They also need prescription request from your oncologist (who should be making you aware of this program!). God bless you! 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️ Linda
I am on medicare and BCBS ppo. I am not on part D medicare which I think disqualifies you. Check with Pfizer and your drug company. My BCBS contracts with Caremark Specialty Drugs for my Ibrance. Good luck. I pay nothing. Blessings, Hannah
Thanks much of all your inputs. Well appreciated. Yes, I was not busy at work the other night and someone ABOVE guided me in looking of all messages of our group then opened Pfizer website and applied on line. Luckily, when I called Accredo pharmacyyesterday morning , it was all in, resulting to no co-pay. Crossing my fingers, Accredo promised to be arriving on Tuesday. Yes, I've learned a lot dealing with these inhuman pharmacies or pharmacy advocates not on the same page... not guiding people like us where we get discounts..???RED TAPE??? instead we learn from each other's sides or ideas per our experiences...Anyways,...at the end of the dark tunnel, there's a bright light. Let's aim for that...God will make a way, where there seem's to be no way... May God bless us all for HIS powerful healing... Thank you again.
I got mine at zero cost when my Humana would not cover it. Pfizer goes by income level as to what you will co pay and they want copies of your tax return and income statement. Your doctor's office fills out this kind of paperwork all the time. So Pfizer website to get started if the nurses don't know how to do this.
