Has anyone had the Foundation One DNA testing for matching tumor to drugs ?

I just got results of foundation one DNA tumor testing which I had done as I haven't responds to usual drugs. My insurance isn't covering any of it as it is considered not standard of care and it about a 8,000$ test. It showed that 2 drugs worked on the receptor of my tumor cells, Ibrance, which my blood count just wouldn't take and my mets spread and grew on the Verzenio. The second drug is Affinitor and my tumor was strong in this receptor. I am going to start this week. I would appreciate any one's experience with this drug. I'm getting discouraged. It's been a year and my oncologist has said I'm pretty much out of options after this.

I had some bad side effects from Afinitor and had to stop after 6 weeks. Now I am going to try verzenio, hoping it can get me through the holiday. But I am also out of options. My next thing is Taxol IV chemo. Not looking forward to it but trying to get my head set for it. I think they only have so many cocktails any then we need to try chemo.

I have already been tried on Verenzio with Faslodex. I received 3 months of IV Taxol right after I was diagnosed and finished 18 total brain radiation sessions. The Taxol wasn’t too bad but I developed fairly significant neuropathy in my feet The Affinitor is my last option pretty much. I am having a hard time getting my head around it....., I hoe you do well with th Taxol. I’ve been told by others that as far as IV chemos Taxol not bad. It was almost a year before side effects of the radiation wore off ! What type of side effects did you experience on the Affinitor if you don’t mind me asking ?
