On ibrance/palbociclib & letrazol. Does anyone else get super tired on the Rest weeks?

If I’ve had a very busy weekend, it takes longer for me to get my full energy back and I’ll sleep a lot. I’ve read a lot of comments from others that their “rest” week is the hardest.

Yes. I feel more tired on my week off. Normall side effect I've heard! Just rest if you can. It's just a part of this whole Ibrance thing! Worth it in the long run. It's cumulative the onc told me! Sending hugs, Love Marianne

Super tired during the rest week but it seems like the longer I am on Ibrance the more fatigue I have. But after 32 months on it I am still not showing any progression so I will deal with the fatigue !!

My counts are lowest on my week off. Blessings. Hannah

I’m wondering if the body is working hard to replace lost blood cells, etc. I always have a couple days of my off week where I’m barely able to move because I’m so tired.

Mums the same she is so tired. She looses her appetite aswel. X

I did 4 months and every cycle was different. I couldn’t find a pattern but I did one cycle experience fatigue the week off.
