Has anyone been on Doxil and did you get a rash with it? Did it get worse with each treatment? Any suggestions to tame it down. I have had 2 treatments and both legs and my stomach are covered with a rash. So far, no itching. But it feels like something is wrapped around my legs. Suggestions?

Hey, yes I took it for 6 months, ending this March. I didn’t on my stomach but on feet and legs. It did not itch but I put cortisone cream after a lukewarm bath. I don’t know how much you are talking but mine was given with saline. The first 3 months where the worst then it got better. I was tired and lucky I didn’t work. Good luck and also ask your oncologist if a Benadryl at bed would help you. I took 25mg and it helped me. Try not to take hot showers or baths, as it seems to aggravate it, also lotion up, before and after treatments. I use Queen Halen pure coca butter.
