In how much time pablocib gives results...plz share

Are you asking how soon after starting Palbociclib you are likely to see improvement in scans and other tests or are you asking how long it typically works once it starts helping? It's still a fairly new drug and I have not seen specifics about either of those but they are certainly good questions to ask your onc. When I first started treatment, with bone mets from first diagnosis, a number of years before targeted treatment like Palbociclib were available, I was told it could take 3 months or even longer to know if treatment was working but for me, I saw positive results with tests at 3 months. It's okay to phone your onc between appts with questions like this. You may be able to get an answer from a nurse right away if you phone and ask the person who answers the phone. The first several months that I was in treatment I went to each appointment with written lists of questions. It is easy to forget to ask important things without a written reminder! Learning to live with cancer is a challenge and it sure takes time to get used to this new way of living. I hope your onc can give you the information that you need.

Everyone is different. My first scan after 4 months on Ibrance and letrozole was NED and 1 year later I am still NED.

Before starting ibrance what is the status of disease

diag Feb 2017, 4 cycles of Dose Dense Chemo, then Ibrance / Letrozole. 4 months after the start of Ibrance I was NED. I have been NED since Aug 2017 and currently on cycle 16. Thinking about taking a break.....fatigue is horrible.
