I am not sure what you are asking. Here is what I think you are asking. I have been on ibrance for over 2 years. My abc usually stays around 1 although it was lower once. My wbcs stay around 2000.

Mine runs around 1000. But they also consider the neutrophils count.

80 or 800? A low neutrophil count is less than 500 and they will stop the ibrance.
