After 4 months of being so sick I couldn't get out of bed and multiple ER trips, we took a break from all my meds except for pain and my Zoloft. After two weeks off boom all my symptoms resolved themselves. So definitely a drug related illness.
Next step start back on Letrozole, holding up on Ibrance and Lupron / Xgeva injections. Appointment Tuesday to discuss removing my Ovaries (the sooner the better). That will take care of the Lupron. From here it will be add back one at a time to see what is making me so ill.
Cross your fingers for me. I would like to be well enough to finish my reconstruction this year.

Hang in there. I get really tired with Ibrance sometimes. I've reduced the prescription from 125-100. It really seemed to help. However there are still side effects. I am completing reconstruction finally after a long journey where my skin wouldn't heal. Thank goodness for wonderful surgeons! Being off Ibrance for a while has really perked me up! I will be back on it in 5 days. (I went off for reconstruction surgery). Good luck to you and your journey through this illness!
If it we're only the fatigue I could handle it. The nausea and vomiting until my potassium levels bottomed out was more than I could take. Hopefully it was the Lupron causing that so when the ovaries are gone I can get back on everything without issue. I had been on my meds for almost a year without issue then bam it all changed.
I get very tired, and have a lot of joint pain, on the Ibranace and letrolzole I have been on 125 mg of Ibranace for a year now and I am feeling pretty good otherwise. It's defiently a journey..
