I just started my 8th cycle. The fatigue definitely got better for me but after the first two months I switched from 125 to 100. That helped a lot and it seems to be just as effective from what I can tell. Interesting enough, each month is different. Last month I felt great on the first week of taking Ibrance and this month I don't feel nearly as good. I don't know the secret. LOL

Going to the rehab gym helps my fatigue. I go three times a week.. after two years, on ibrance, I get very tired. Xgeva made it a lot worse. Eating well makes a big difference. No sugar. No pasta no bread. keep trying. Lots of juice. As clean as you can live, makes an impact on fatigue. Also lots of protein seems to help.
