Doxycycline

I would like to know if anyone is taking doxycycline. I'm going to be adding it to my protocol. I've had increasing pain lately and don't know my tumor marker status yet. I'm concerned that Ibrance/letrozole has stalled. I need to research the dosage.

thanks,

LeAnn

I was taking Doxycycline while on Exemestane for SE. I have since switched to Femara and no longer needed it.

Hi LeAnn.yes ,I did for 2 weeks while had skin rash. after 4-6 weeks starting to use Ibrutinib on CLL my face became very red. but stopped while it doesn't help it all.

stopped pills for awhile and started again.Rash came back and goes sometimes .but now after more than 1 year taking only 2 pills (3pills Ibrutinib is normal) and rash is only frequently there.Avoiding sun is essential, less Alcohol and drinking lots of water.

hope that helps a bit.take care Wolf

There is some evidence it can help with MBC or cancer in general. Ill see if I can post some studies about it.
