Kisqali added to Letrazole

So I was diagnosed with stage 2b lobular BC on 3/2023. Had a double mastectomy on 5/2023 and radiation. Onco and mammaprint said “no chemo benefit”. 26 lymph nodes taken out and 2 positive. Now oncologist wants to add Kisqali to my treatment regimen even though I am “cancer free”. I am sure it is due to the size of my tumor and lymph node involvement. Anybody out there having similar treatment that can share about there experience? I want to dot all the i’s and cross all the t’s, however I am tired of poisoning my system with all these drugs. Thanks in advance for any input.
