It is .93 and they don't want me to restart my kisqali yet. Tomorrow I will hear from the doctor's assistant. It is so frustrating not having a definite treatment plan. Have any of you done the reductions for Kisqali? Has it helped reduce your absolute neutrophils? Any input would be welcome.

I've had surgery to remove the involved lymph nodes, have been on monthly Fulvestrant injections and take Kisqali. I'm going to be starting 6 weeks of radiation by the end of the month and I am totally petrified of it - to the point that I'm not sure if I will be able to go through with it.

2 weeks ago I had liver ablation to remove 3 tumors on my liver. 2 were responding to treatment (anastrozole and kisqali for HER2 neg) and 1 was not. Surgery went well. Biopsy showed that the growing tumor was triple negative. Seemingly the other 2 (breast and hip met) are still HER2 negative.

Hi I’m newly on Kisqali and Letrozole and I am wondering if anyone has feedback about whether it seems better to take these during the day or at night before bed.

I have been on a trial drug ( OP 1250) and Kisqali for 2 months.. and unfortunately they didn’t work..my ANC is now at 0.6 ! So I need to wait before I start my new drug…Xeloda..hard to wait! My question is what is the best cream people have used for the FH syndrome ?….. just want to be prepared!

Anyone feel really crappy into week 3 of Kisqali?

on a trip away from home and have a head cold and a little fever for me, 98.6. Should I call my doctor?

today is 4th day of my Kisqali cycle and my calves and ankles are doing the same thing as last month. Unless I keep my feet elevated my calves and ankles swell. It all subsides over night. This went away completely during the break. So far no one else has mentioned this side effect.

After that, I went through Tamoxifen, Letrozole + Kisqali, Faslodex + Kisqali, have scan every 3 months. Every time, there are lesions shrinking and others growing.

I can start the Kisqali tomorrow and I am told to take ant nausea medication 30 minutes before. Does everyone do this?

I am 79 years old and my breast cancer is back in my lungs.After new research and studies, my doctor thought I should try the Kisqali and Femera.I agreed but am instructed to take the anti nausea med. before the Kisqali everyday. I haven't needed it with Ibrance. What have you experienced?

As I have mentionned I am doing two more cycles of Kisqali as per oncologist's directions and then another PETSCAN. That first one had some variable results as I mentionned in my previous post. Does everyone with Pik3 wind up switching to Pikray and Trukap ?

The plan is to continue on Kisqali for two more cycles, once my neutrophils rise above.93, hopefully next week, and have another Petscan in May, 2 months, instead of 3.

Hi I have been on Kisqali for 4 days now. The first two days I threw up after dosing. The second two days I took Ativan before dosing it worked but it was tough. Maybe my body needs to adjust to the new meds. Any tips?

I have some mutations, which many of you have mentioned, some of which have medical treatments available for me down the line if and when Kisqali doesn't work. And all I want is a mini vacation.😕

has anyone gotten swollen ankles on Kisqali? I am sure it is the medicine causing it. It happened once with instance but went away in a day. The swelling does go down almost completely at night but after standing a lot doing a project, wow did they swell. Feet up now. Hopefully will calm down.

I had another blood test and my neutrophils stil below 100 so I cN’t start the Kisqali yet. My oncologist was going to inquire if I could get an injection of neupogen to elevate the neutrophil count. I will have my 3rd lab next week to see where the count is then.
