My addition to my previous post. We were not allowed to see our Mother. The last time I saw her was at the house as she was taken to ER by squad. I was getting things packed up that I would need at the hospital to stay with her. The next time we saw our Mother was at the funeral home.

The 600,000 plus who died as a result of covid are the Real Heroes! At the beginning of this pandemic when Mom was the first to die in our community

We had one nurse who helped and suggested putting the phone to her ear while she was in the room for care Mom was heavily sedated. The day befor she died I was told that the phone visits had to end.
