Tap it out, EFT for Cancer Care

Hi All! I'll be sharing a free workshop on EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique, commonly known as "Tapping" with the Oncology Support Program of HealthAlliance Hospital in their Integrative Cancer Support group this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. ET.

Tapping is a tool that has helped me, and I've shared this technique with others to reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, feel more present, peaceful and confident. This is open to people who have had a cancer diagnosis, as well as health care professionals who work in the field of oncology. We'll be meeting via zoom, and if you would like to register, please email oncology.support@hahv.org.

Want to learn more? Here is a little something I wrote about some of the ways that Tapping can support cancer survivors.

As they say, keep calm and carry on!

Here is a little review someone shared recently:

"I had insomnia for my entire life, until my EFT session with Melissa. She knew just how to guide me and I was surprised how effective it was. She was so kind and supportive. I’m sleeping much better now." -A.
