Tender scalp/head

I am currently on Kisqali and Letrozole on my 12th cycle. I've been experiencing tender scalp/back of head sore and neck muscles warm to touch. Almost like a burning pain. Will be going for scans soon. Just want to know if anyone experienced this.? Can this be a side effect of my medication?

Hi, I am on a similar drug Abemaciclib and I have the same side effect. From other forums I have read this is not uncommon.

I've been on Letrozole for 14 months now, and yes I get a lot of neck andback shoulder pain. Its not something I put down to the drug but I would think its possible. I was on verzenios as well and it took months for doctors to say that it was the drug that caused my liver function to go off the charts. It was still well above normal at my last blood test but no one was worried. Lets face it the drugs are messing with our hormones we are bound to have some reaction
