I am currently undergoing chemo for triple negative breast ca completed AC and on 4 of 12 of taxol. Wondering if anyone else has any aches or pain in legs at night from this drug? I also have MS and concerned it might be a relapse but never had any leg issues with my MS.

Strange side effects
We just have to realise that the drugs we ingest are also poisonous, give us side effects, but they keep us alive. Am just reading "Living with long-term side effects of cancer" by a doctor who has had breast cancer. It's happened to her, and was an eye-opener - Dr. Cordelia Galgut makes some interesting points, that show we are not alone.
Thanks! I am going to look at that!
My legs only bothered me during treatment. They said restless leg syndrome from the Benadryl.
Well that might explain it, thanks for the info! Thought I might be going nuts..
Are you receiving Neulasta along with your chemo? That can cause bone pain.
Not anymore, so that does not explain
Hi,
Yes, I definitely did have leg cramping at night on taxol. Have you spoken to your oncologist about this? I was taking magnesium under doctor supervision for the leg cramps. Better hydration can also help, but I would highly recommend letting your oncologist know.
Thks! I will talk to her this week!
