Right now, I am planning a bridal shower for my son’s fiancée. Their wedding isn’t until April, but we wanted to do a brunch cruise while the weather is still nice here in Wisconsin. Who knows what kind of a spring we’ll have? I just joined a gym and am meeting with a personal trainer in order to get in better shape, not only for the wedding, but for the rest of my life!

Having seen my onc nurse for a wound check, I am moving forward with my life, including getting a tooth crowned and a routine annual checkup. My blood pressure, which is usually "borderline," is up, which means regulating my diet and getting more "low-impact" exercise. i took a walk in a woodsy park yesterday - the weather was beautiful!

Hello fellow BC women, daughter started Freshmen year of college and that has been exciting and emotional. Exciting for her, emotional for me. I see my other children taking on new roles and that’s a great feeling, too. So glad I’m still here to witness all of this.
