Should I Be Concerned With How Many People I’ve Slept With?

I am a 33 year old male and have slept with well over 1000 men and around 20 women. I am aware my body count is very high but should I be worried or seek help. I love sex and am quite open with experiences im willing to have - meaning I have partaken in quite a few experiences with multiple partners. I have also caught a few STDs despite always being safe - luckily these where only temporary STDs and not ones I would have to deal with long term. Should I be concerned with how i’m living my life even if I am pretty happy with it?
