Hi all need some advice I'm 39 years old and feel a let down as I have completely lost my sex drive, I used to have a high one ,but the last year it has gone, which is causing issues with my wife, I have noticed if I do manage to get a erriction it is not as hard as it was plus my testiculars are a lot smaller then before, my gp is not helping as she has give me anti depression tablets so I'm a little stuck what to do now,

Questions need answering first, Wes. Are you stressed out, stress at home or work? Still get on OK with your wife? Still attracted to each other and sex life happy and varied? Loss of sex drive has various causes and implications. The more you doubt yourself the worse it gets.
The simple solution would seem to be a GP visit and get hold of Viagra but to work well, you need stimulation and the desire for them to work. Don't know how open you are able to be with your wife; but a visit to a genuine and experienced tantric sex practitioner may show what is or isn't going on for you.
Your GP hasn't helped you a lot. You might have come across to her as being depressed but she doesn't seem to have appreciated the root cause of it - just tried to treat the effects.

Have your testosterone tested. Of the anti depressant bills could be the problem.
