Greetings in Jesus name.

I was diagnosed to have hypertension last year and was put on tablets but decided to go herbalistic.I am a man who is sceptical of modern medicine for ,despite their glowing claims of the successes in medical science the reality points to its massive failures to provide real and lasting solutions to common ailments, diseases ,or conditions.I fear the proven side effects of hypertension medication eg erectile dysfunction and kidney damage.

Can some of you that have been on this road before give me testimonies or the pros and cons of the generic treatment of hypertension, please.

Good day

If your herbal treatments are reducing your blood pressure then well done. If they're not, then research the damage high blood pressure can do to the heart and kidneys.

That's a question for a Dr. The devil, as it were, is in the detail.

There is also an increased risk of having a stroke with uncontrolled hypertension. Not on my list of things to have.

Not what I would do. Along with medication there might be a need to lose weight, exercise, change diet.
