Hi, I have recently started using a vacuum pump for errectile dysfunction.
If anyone else here uses one I would really appreciate any hints/tips and a realistic idea what to expect using it? I'm currently finding it's painful to use at the base of my penis where the tube fits and its also not making me as hard I thought it would unless I use it while I'm in the mood.
Do you wear a cock ring when using the pump? The pump should help gain an erection and the ring should maintain it.
You should also find that the pump will increase the size too

The pump will pull blood into the penis, the ring will hold it there.
You can Google how to use one and it should tell you the benefits of using it
Also if you’re experiencing pain when using the pump then release the vacuum and start again, keep doing this until it feels better

I had one, I even had someone talk me through using it on the phone. Did not get anywhere with it. A combination of replacement testoterone, coming of anti depressants and anti psychotics and tadalafil/ciaclis got me going again.Got frequent hard ons, morning wood, early on was not consistently hard to complete sex, but diet, exercise and weight loss over 30kg means that I am now rock solid.
No complaints from my partner, she even says it can be too hard and big, I know I should not brag but I am going to brag anyway
