Vacuum pump newbie

Hi, I have recently started using a vacuum pump for errectile dysfunction.

If anyone else here uses one I would really appreciate any hints/tips and a realistic idea what to expect using it? I'm currently finding it's painful to use at the base of my penis where the tube fits and its also not making me as hard I thought it would unless I use it while I'm in the mood.

Do you wear a cock ring when using the pump? The pump should help gain an erection and the ring should maintain it.

You should also find that the pump will increase the size too

Hi. Thanks for replying. No, not tried the cock ring yet, using it as a gym at the moment to just get blood flowing in, was just not sure what to expect using it

The pump will pull blood into the penis, the ring will hold it there.

You can Google how to use one and it should tell you the benefits of using it

Also if you’re experiencing pain when using the pump then release the vacuum and start again, keep doing this until it feels better

I go for shock wave therapy, helps vascular in my member. I do it every few months, visible effect is just after few days
