pardon the pun but we all know they are a pain in the ass. They can b itchy at times no matter how clean u clean urself. Been treating mines with germaliod cream which does help. Last few times I’ve rubbed myself I’ve noticed a clear fluid leaking from around anus. Anyone any idea

I would err on the side of caution. If you have new or resistant symptoms, I suggest checking with a health professional. My story is similar and I was fortunate that an early cancer was picked up and successfully treated 6 years ago.
