Two days ago I had a TURP operation and the next morning the fliw rate and volume expelled was a massive improvement.

Today, back home, both flow rate and volume expelled have greatly reduced.

May I ask those if you who have undergone TURP, did your flow rate drop and then recover, or did you maintain a high flow rate?

I am wondering if something is going wrong...

I had this surgery more than once. the flow rate stopped completely for me I ended up being run back to the hospital. with complete blockage. Not fun :( it was 5 days in the hospital with a redoing of the T.u.r.p. in the end. Less than 5 years. later I ended up doing the same thing again. 2nd time the flow rate didn't change and stayed constant so I guess it depends on the doctor and the procedure itself. hard to say what is typical.

that is my experience anyway. hope it helps
