older male here been suffering this in silence for some time. When I sometimes go to toilet and if I’m squeezing going for a poo even slightly I get what I can only describe as a discharge from penis. Had numerous sti tests over the years but all back negative. Anyone else with similar symptoms notice this

Hi there… I’m not a doctor but I believe what you’re experiencing is a prostate massage—you can get one from a urologist but if your stools aren’t soft enough you will get a free massage with every bowel movement. Nothing to worry about unless the discharge has an unpleasant odor. Get more fiber and hydrate to soften those stools. Best wishes.
