Your heartbeat is the most fundamental rhythm in your life, signalling the regular pumping of your heart, if your heart is not ‘ticking-like-a-clock, then it is time to call the Doc’!!

By checking and monitoring your pulse, you will be able to understand more about your heart rhythm, an irregular rhythm can indicate an early warning sign and should not be ignored!

You can help by spreading awareness about a manual pulse check by downloading and sharing our 'Know Your Pulse poster'
