Do you regularly monitor your BP? Do you know how BP is measured, or how often you should check it? Would you know the symptoms if it was too high or too low?

If you would like to share your experiences of how you monitor your BP with us to offer help and support to others, the patient services team would like to hear from you?

Please provide your contact details and a brief concise summary of your experience by emailing info@heartrhythmalliance.org

Your support is appreciated.
