15 years ago I had a sudden cardiac arrest with 11 min CPR and 5 shocks. Since then, whenever I overuse my chest muscles e.g. gardening, swimming etc I am left with an achey, sickly pain in my chest which can last fir hours. The first time this happened was when I ate a couple if mouthfulls of food a couple if days after the event.
I've got an appointment with a pain specialist this week and wondered if anyone else had suffered with this.
