Hi

I was in the first month's of my retirement when The heart attack occurred. I was a professional foster carer of the disabled for 30 years. So now it is time to self care. I was in a state of shock initially but slowly coming to terms with this. I look forward to hearing the experiences of others who might be feeling similar.
