Feeling happy!!
I had a heart attack four weeks ago, two stents were fitted to my LAD three weeks ago and I've just attended my first Fitsteps class since the HA and I feel brilliant!!
I missed two very fast dances out as I didn't want to push myself too hard but did all the others.
Just wanted to share the good news!!
Feeling I'm going to have another attack
It's the not knowing which makes it difficult
