It might be gerd acid reflex disease I have that as well and sometimes it does feel like you could be having a heart attack, that's is why I waited when I was having a actual heart attack because I thought I had very bad acid reflex. I am on protonics which really help my stomach and syptoms you might want to ask your doctor to let them let you try it and see if that helps.

no don't be scared I have gerd and I have acide reflex all the time, you will know you are having a heart attack when it doesn't get better only worst you will know believe me, and I had dull pain under both my arms for two days like I lifted pails of water and was sore, so I had some other symptoms as well but didn't want to look like a idiot going to the emergence room if it was only acid reflex. hahah Believe you will know when you are actually having a heart attack aweful pain that wont go away, sweating so bad your shirt is soaking wet, and your face turning as white as a ghost, try the protonics did your doctor have you do a stress test

Hi Shannon you're the same age as my daughter. I'm wondering if you maybe suffering from anxiety. It's a hard time being your age and lots of stuff going on mentally and physically. If I were you I'd go to my go and ask about anxiety. You maybe able to get it sorted sooner rather than later. Good luck and GO TO the DOCTORS x

Firstly dont panic, easier said than done? There are many reasons for the pains you are getting, some serious some not so serious. Your GP needs to proactive and send you for tests. Not all heart conditions show up on ECG? Not all chest pains are heart related GERD is one, you have just (relatively) gone through puberty and it could be as simple as some things over working, talk to your doctor.

Tests for what? I've had loads of blood tests,I don't no what they have tested for though😣

Absolutely ask your doctor's about anxiety. If they suspect that, you can discuss anxiety medication and talk therapy can be very helpful. There is also a book that might help you: DARE: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks by Barry McDonagh. I have had 2 heart attacks and get really paniced when I feel any type of pain! It sucks! But if what you are dealing with is anxiety - know there are ways to help manage it. One of the ways I deal with health related anxiety is to exercise - I try to walk 3-5 miles 4/5 times a week.

I can't manage it when I'm always worrying😭

Have they checked your gallbladder? that could be signs of that as well I was 21 when I had my gallbladder removed and it felt like I was having a heart attack which I knew I wasn't. Might want to check that out to if your doctors already haven't.

I don't no I've hD quiet a few blood tests and they have said everything's okay so I take it so x

If you were having a heart attack you would know if you woke up in hospital it would mean that you ha a cpr and not a heart attack ,you seem awfully young stop googling every thing it doesn't help

Shannon having had my share of let's just call it panic attacks or unrelenting unusual pains and worries, which seem to overwhelm me and when I don't know what the heck is going nor why, I found something that has helped me both to understand what is going on and what I can do about it. Here is one of the things I’ve learned – Anytime this is going on, our system is running on norepinephrine (fight or flight in an extreme manner). Therefore, the first step is to get us out of running on norepinephrine by switching our brain chemistry to running on serotonin and then dopamine at the very least. The unusual thing about this is we can actually change our brain chemistry without drugs, herbs, or other potions. The actions I now describe will get you out of operating from norepinephrine to serotonin to dopamine and then operating from your brain core, where you are in your control power center. To move from norepinephrine to serotonin do one or more of the following - Lie on the floor for a few moments, do some light fiction reading, listen to soothing music, do some coloring or work some simple puzzles. Then to move from serotonin to dopamine do one or more of the following: Read educational or philosophical books, listen to upbeat music, laugh, watch comedies, work more challenging puzzles, do strength exercises or tai chi, get a massage, do creative projects, do things with your non-dominant hand, learn something new, go someplace new. Then to move to operating from your brain core and actually create stem cells you can do one or more of the following random dancing, intuitive writing or art, random exercise, intuitive walking, make random patterns, or ask a question of yourself and listen to your inner self for an answer. If you have questions, please feel free to let me know. There is actually one more step. If you’re interested, please let me know. I just don’t want o overload you with all of this. Wishing you well in feeling like you’re in control again and at peace.

Very good info...once treated for panic attacks, I know the feel but obviously now have had a CABG 4 stents...stress is a killer. The brain is an organ and I hate it said..all in your head but it can be a true issue along with heart disease etc.good write!

Doc told me that ekgs will only show if there is a prob at the time they take it...There are so many things it could be.Keep a journal, see what is consistant after each day and when.It could be something or even as easy as a change in nutrtion.Do you feel better after eating or worse etc.Back issues?Grt you are treated for depression because any illness can cause anxiety depression etc.If in your hearts of hearts you really believe it is something besides that....keep until you get answers.Check vitamin D levels and estrogen etc.If you can find a good homeopath DO, may be a good look.best wishes..jj
