Are ECGs supposed to be different when lying on your left side? Terrified by my home results

Attached is a screenshot of my Kardia ECG monitor. Whenever I lie on my left side, the QRS complex on my ecg results almost completely disappears. This doesn't happen on my back or right side. It scares me that I might be congesting things when lying on my right side. Is it normal to see this change or should I be at an urgent doctor appointment?

Do you have a 24 hour nurse line you can call to set your fears to rest or get proper care. If not, I would get into Urgent care right away. Better to be safe when in doubt.

I find when I'm on my left side I'm very uncomfortable in bed I can't stay there it feels like something is restricting the flow in my heart or trapping the stents
