Others with prognosis of 3 vessel distal disease

Evening, Around 3 years ago I was admitted to A&E following a bout of chest pain. No ECG changes but raised cardiac enzymes led to diagnosis of heart attack. Angiogram revealed 3 vessels distal disease, no point stenting and I was (am) on a drug regime of statins, ramipril et al. My reason for the post is that I've not come across anyone on here who has a similar diagnosis. My only symptoms are angina - and only if I fish in the early mornings, or go walking during the day (as now!) when its cold. I'd be intrigued to hear from people with a similar history.

Thanks, Chriscb
