Anxiety is a big cause of tiredness . Try not to let it get you down. Easy said then done I know but positive thinking is what you need.
You have been though a bad patch now this is your time just keep telling yourself I am not going to let this beat me.
My heart goes out to you and I hope you can find inner peace .
Take care.
Hope you are ok.
Have you had anxiety support. I needed it & it really helped. First of all a group course & then a couple of 121s. Helped so much.
Good luck
I'm still waiting to hear from my local hospital as I had my h/a in different town
It's not stupid it's real and frightening for you. I can say from personal experience that it does get better though it may take a long time. Accept any counselling you can to help you I believe you can now self refer and do not need gp referral to access places like time to talk etc and your gp should be able to give you a list ofmcounselling services in your area and how to access them x
You are not being stupid at all, and you have had some good replies that should help to ease your worries a little. I doubt that there is anyone on this site who has not gone through or is not going through what you are currently feeling. Take the advice given, I am wishing you all the best. Try and keep positive. You made that trip today, the next will be a bit easier. Take care.
Morning. You are normal....we have all experienced this.
Make sure you have some talking therapy, anxiety management, counselling. Take any courses that you are offered, they work. CBT is also excellent
I have replied once butI wondered how you are now?
Another idea: If you have a local branch of Mind, go and speak to them or phone .They are there to help and support you.
Take care

Hi ..I feel this way sometimes too. I lay awake last night feeling aches and pains and worrying..BUT I'm still here after a complete arrest and treatment so life goes on. I know this sounds like a cliche but I am just taking life a day at a time. Friends are taking me walking today - I don't really feel like it but once we get going it will get better...So my advice is it will take time to relax and gain confidence ..try not to worry if you are not sleeping because that will keep you awake....small steps.
