CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

With Christmas eve tomorrow, i would like to wish you all a very Happy Christmas and hope you are all RLS free. Try not to over do it on the food and drink which you think might make your RLS worse. Hard to do when all those chocolates and rich sugary foods are begging you to eat them...LOL..

Lets hope the New Year, is a better year for us all, regarding RLS, and the struggle most of us go through daily coping with this horrible condition.

We are celebrating our family Christmas tonight, so have to get back to my Christmas chores. I was without internet for a couple days, so will catch up eventually here!!
