Dear RLS forum members,

The Administrators of the RLS Forum would like to wish each and every one of you an enjoyable Christmas, despite whatever our RLS may throw at us!

We are proud to say that the forum now has over 1300 members from around the world. Despite the fact that many of you suffer from severe RLS and often other medical conditions too, and the fact that many of you are regularly sleep deprived, so many of you selflessly give up your time to advise and support fellow sufferers. You are a very caring, loyal, kind and dedicated bunch! We may not be the biggest group on Health Unlocked but we are one of the most active in terms of posts and questions and that is because when people submit a question or post, many of you do answer and help as much as you can. Your willingness to help each other, share knowledge or even inject humour or craziness to lighten the mood is wonderful!

The forum has only been running for 18 months, (it seems like more!) and its had its ups and downs in that time as we all found our feet but now, on the whole, things are ticking over nicely and aside from the odd issue to keep us on our toes, the forum pretty much manages itself which is how we hoped it would be, ie, with minimal interference from us.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed and thank you to everyone who just reads posts and questions once in a while. Between you, the RLS forum has become a truly supportive and helpful community which has made life better for so many people.

Happy Christmas and have a wonderful 2014!
