If patch does not work and makes RLS worse, can I remove before 24 hours?
I have never heard of the patch making RLS worse, unless you have been using it for a while, but looking at your other question you have used for one time. Firstly, were you on another dopamine agonist before the patch. Hard to answer without more info...if you were taking something else, what was it and what was the dose. removing the patch at any time, wont do you any harm, apart from probably making your RLS worse, if you were taking another dopamine med..
im blaming the patch for making my RLS worst worked first few nights then nothing but.......continued to put patch on by putting two on as told by dr next thing i know im not sleeping cos the rls went crazy on me omg.... big time took patches off think its out my system now..... hopefully as i slept from 3am to midday 
whether that was through being so tired after only an hour in 5 nights or what i dont know but will find out tonight lol
