Magnesium can help some - it helped me - and remedying a zinc deficiency can also be helpful (although at least one study has shown that *too much* zinc can also be a problem in RLS). Are you taking other medications for RLS? Are you now totally RLS free, or do you still have symptoms at times?

The main metallic mineral *proven* to be important in resolving RLS symptoms is iron: if you still have some RLS symptoms have you had a recent fasting full panel iron test?
