New Quality Control Center

January 8th the Restless Legs Foundation certified a new Quality Control Center at the University of Virginia. Dr. Elias G. Karroum is the Director and the only one at this moment.

This is so encouraging. We haven't even got one in the whole UK for 70 million people!Hopefully we can shame the UK medical Profession into getting educated and opening a Centre Of Excellence

So what does the center do? Quality Control seems like an odd name. I assume it's just a treatment center?

Good fortune has indeed smiled upon me! I just moved from CA, which has a relative abundance of competent providers, to Virginia. What a relief! I’ll let the group know what I find once settled in and evaluated at the center.

Great! Be sure you just see him and nobody else. I have heard stories from other forum members at other Quality Control Centers where they saw someone else that wasn't uptodate.
