200mcg is extremely low. The average dose according to the Mayo ClinicAlgorithm is between 1 and 1.5mg.Dr Winkelman's opioid study shows the average dose is 1.2mg.
I take 0.2mg (200mcg) at 9pm and 0.2mg at midnight.
I split the dose to avoid evening RLS between 7 and 9pm the next day.
So ask for another 0.2mg and take it just before you sleep.
You can try 0.4mg in one dose and if you get any RLS the next day or evening, you can then try 0.2mg 2 hours before bed and 0.2mg just as you fall asleep.
