RLS or Is It?

This may not apply to many people but maybe if it helps 1 person it's done it's job. After spending nearly 2 years getting virtually no sleep and getting electric shocks in my legs, life was non existent and thought many times of calling it a day, been put on just about every type of medication possible, endless blood tests, always came back with Iron problems, appointment to see a neurologist, something very strange happened, I was told about something called EMF, so delved deeper and got a EMF meter, to my astonishment I could not believe the readings, particular 2 electric items, that were within 12 -18 inches from my head and feet, these readings were of the scale, so out went the big TV and old digital alarm clock and moved anything else electrical well out the way of my bed,

Within 3 days this living missary stopped completely. If someone had told me about this before without doing the research myself, I would have thought they were mad, but there is so much evidence out there, not from some know all on social media but the world health organization and was amazed to find out long term exposure to EMF, can interact and cause problems with your Iron levels, I feel a different person now and I truly hope this post can help anyone, getting my bloods done in 2 weeks will be interesting to see how it comes back.

Thanks for letting us know.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

I have never had electronic devices in my bedroom (with the exception of mobile phone more recently) so it seems unlikely that EMFs are the cause in my case.

It's fantastic that you've identified the cause in yours.

That's great news. Thanks for sharing. I don't have any electrical items near where I sleep, but hopefully someone will try this and be successful too.

Just remember it doesn't have to be where you sleep, those power banks that a lot of people use give out an enormous amount of EMF, Alexa devices through out large amounts of RF.

Interesting. There was an article in the Washington Post about it yesterday.

I thought my life was all but over, standing out in the pouring rain in bare feet just to get some relief, hotncold showers throughout the night, meds just making things worse, most people are not aware that EMF as stated by the WHO, a concerning amount babies and young children who have leukemia can be linked directly to EMF.
