Hi, I think I need some anti depressants to help with menopause anxiety, I am literally flat lining despite hrt.Please can you advise of the safest to take which don't interact with rls.

Trazodone, Bupropion and Vortioxetine are safe options, although some report worsening with the latter.Alternatively, pregabalin may help as it's a sedative and can relieve hot flushes and night sweats and improve sleep. And it helps RLS.
