Common reports of this post Covid infection. So if you've been feeling off lately, it could be viral.I used to get this as a child in freezing cold weather.

I have anti phospholipid syndrome and get a rash called livido reticularis Google it and see if yours looks like that if so it may be worth pressing for the blood test to know one way or the other.

It seems common after a viral infection and does tend to settle.
