I may have asked this before but is Perindopril safe to take when having RLS, if not what are the alteratives?

It is just a branded version of Lisinopril, if you want to educe the need for it you need to reduce systemic inflammation and oxxidative agents in your diet e.g. refined sugar, carbs and seed oils. Vitamin B3 (the flushing type) helps to dilate your blood vessels as does nitrous oxide (increased by nose breathing) an potassium supplements (but be wary of throwing off your sodium-potassium balance) which will lower your blood pressure.
