I have tried microdosing psilocybin. Saved my life because it helped my severe depression after withdrawing from a DA. It made my RLS worse after a while though, so I had to cut way back. In my experience I’d say not good for calming RLS.

What does microdosing mean?

Micro-dosing simply means a small dose of something, for example cannabis or mushrooms that wont give you the full effect or high but use its medicinal purpose but in itself without knowing what someone wants to microdose it’s impossible to help with.
