Hi, I just learned from the internet (Google search for Ketamine) that Ketamine infusion decreases overall activity of NMDA in the brain which in turn decreases symptoms of RLS. There are several patients have responded to the Ketamine infusion treatments in the clinic and resumed take it continually by mouth with the same effect. I am wondering if our members have heard about it.

Shumbah has been to see dr Glenn Brooks in the US several years ago. He is a ketamine specialist. He gave her buprenorphine though (and the rest is history). She will know why he didn’t opt for ketamine for her.
Looking back I note that ziggypiggy had a couple of sessions and Dougg had six, and neither found them of benefit at the time. You'll find their and other posts and replies if you search forum posts for ketamine.
There are also reports of oral ketamine use for RLS, but most that I found were old or referencing old cases, e.g.:

Most of the other reports online refer to ketamine treatment for depression (and there are of course a plethora of recent reports about Matthew Perry's death)
