Mirtazapine makes RLS worse for most. A safe substitute is trazodone.

Mirtazapine tends to trigger/exacerbate RLS symptoms, so you're fortunate if your RLS is not getting worse while also reducing pramipexole: BTW you seem to be coming off prami rather quickly if you've only been doing it since your last post 3 days ago, when SueJohnson gave you advice on how slowly to reduce.

Joolsg suggested you try to get bupropion or trazodone. While bupropion is generally only readily prescribed to help with smoking cessation in the UK, it can - in some NHS areas - be prescribed off-licence for depression/anxiety: this may not be possible where you are. The other RLS safer treatment for depressive illness and anxiety is trazodone: did you mention that to your doctor?

Both Jools and Sue recommended that you get a full panel iron test: have you requested this? Jools also suggested that you should try to get a referral to Dr Thomas at the Gwent Sleep Clinic?

Thanks for your reply I have only cut my pramipexole by half , the other half a still take around 9pm, it’s been 3 days so I am expecting it to get worse , i particularly begged Gp for the Bupropion, she did speak with another GP, but they both decided against it , as she said it’s an old drug and main side affect was anxiety , she is concerned about my mental health , blood tests have been ordered , appointment is on the 18th March , as for anything else , I m not feeling up to pursuing at the moment , I have a number of family issues , which is taking up my time & energy

We are losing people quickly. She is the 2nd one in the last couple of days who posted and then left.
