I've just come across the following quote by someone in a notebook - Sorry but there is no reference as to where I originally found it, but it may be helpful for the likes of us !
"RLS is due to an over-growth of bacteria in the small intestine. Fresh celery juice (and cilantro) corrects it" (I understand that cilantro is coriander). Worth a try eh

Gut health is increasingly recognised as very important in over all health. Too much sugar and other carbs in the diet can be a factor: reducing these can help, as can adding some anti inflammatories - celery juice is one possibility, much hyped by influencers.
