I've just come across the following quote by someone in a notebook - Sorry but there is no reference as to where I originally found it, but it may be helpful for the likes of us !

"RLS is due to an over-growth of bacteria in the small intestine. Fresh celery juice (and cilantro) corrects it" (I understand that cilantro is coriander). Worth a try eh

Gut health is increasingly recognised as very important in over all health. Too much sugar and other carbs in the diet can be a factor: reducing these can help, as can adding some anti inflammatories - celery juice is one possibility, much hyped by influencers.

It MAY be due to SIBO. It's one of many possible causes. If you think you have SIBO, there are tests. Ask your GP. I think they are only available privately.
