What can I take for sinus congestion and headache that won't trigger rls.I know Claritin is OK for allergies, but I need something to relieve swollen sinus and ensuing headache.

There are a number of ones but most are either for sinus congestion or for sinus headache. Avoid any thing that says night time or sedating, If you can pick one out I can tell you if it is OK
