Sinus medication recommendation

Hi everyone, is there any kind of sinus medication I can take for a head cold that won't exacerbate my RLS? I'm not sleeping well with sinus congestion, and certainly NOT used to being a Mouth-Breather!! 😜Thx

Avoid anything that contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate, pseudoephedrine, phenergan, Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or Doxylamine and you should be fine.

I suck Jakemans lemon menthol sweets.

They are great for clearing out the sinus blockage.

Good luck.

I use the Sudafed nasal inhaler with xylometazoline. It clears sinuses fast & doesn't trigger RLS.

Ah thank you. I was lost as to what doesn't have any of the 'bad' ingredients. I'm off to the pharmacy now.

for sinus relief I use the NielMed nasal rinse. You can buy it at any drug store or Amazon. I use the battery operated one, but the manual one (that you simply squeeze works as well).

Thank you for your suggestion as well. A nasal rinse is good as we live in a very dry climate in Canada.
