Yes. Didn't make any difference. Yet another waste of money for me.I've added it to the RLS meds/gadget graveyard in my cupboard.

Yes, I have tried one of these. It made no difference to me at all.

Is a “grounding blanket” the same as a “weighted blanket” ? If yes, then I found it useless. It actually made my restlessness worse as I felt trapped under the weight.

They are different. A grounding mat/blanket is exactly that, they have an influence over your electrical system within your body evening its self out over time and becoming more balanced, positive and negative. A weighted blanket is exactly that, really heavy and to me cumbersome.

No, it's made of 95 per cent cotton, and 5 per cent silver, and you plug it in to an electric socket. Not sure if it's worth trying. I had a weighted blanket too. That was pretty useless!

Me too! Spent (wasted) money on both grounded and weighted blankets. Now that I'm on low-dose (10 mg/day) methadone, I have no need to try stuff like that anymore - the prescription costs $15/month.
